Summary

1. Data collected

LifeDash does not collect any personal data. The app works entirely offline and does not require login, registration, a user account, or any form of identification.

No information is sent to external servers, third-party APIs, analytics services, tracking tools, or advertising networks.

2. Data storage

All data you create in LifeDash — such as habits, checklists, workouts, reminders, and trackers — is stored locally on your device using Apple's native SwiftData framework.

We have no access to any of this data. It belongs exclusively to you.

3. iCloud sync

If you choose to use sync, your data will be synchronized across your Apple devices through iCloud (CloudKit), a service provided and managed by Apple Inc.

In this case:

• Data is transmitted directly from your device to Apple's iCloud servers, without passing through any of our servers.
• Encryption and protection of data in transit and at rest is Apple's responsibility.
• The developer of LifeDash has no access to data stored in your iCloud.

4. HealthKit integration

LifeDash offers an optional integration with Apple HealthKit. This integration is used solely to synchronize data between LifeDash and the Health app on your device. Specifically:

• Data you enter in LifeDash (such as workouts, body measurements, or other health-related entries) can be written to HealthKit so it appears in Apple's Health app.
• Similarly, relevant data already stored in HealthKit can be read into LifeDash for display purposes.
• This synchronization happens entirely on your device. No health data is transmitted to external servers, third-party services, or the developer.

Important details about HealthKit usage:

• Entirely optional: You can choose not to enable HealthKit integration at all. The app functions fully without it.
• Granular permissions: You control exactly which data types LifeDash can read from or write to HealthKit, through the standard iOS Health permissions dialog.
• No data leaves your device: HealthKit data is never uploaded, shared, sold, or transmitted anywhere by LifeDash.
• Deletion: You can delete any data written by LifeDash directly in the Health app or within LifeDash itself at any time.
• No health advice: LifeDash does not provide medical advice, health recommendations, diagnoses, or suggestions to change health-related habits. The app is a personal tracking tool only.

5. Subscriptions and payments

LifeDash offers subscription plans processed entirely through Apple's native in-app purchase system (StoreKit / App Store). No financial data — such as credit card numbers, bank details, or billing information — is collected, processed, or stored by LifeDash.

6. Children's data

LifeDash does not collect data from any user, including minors. Since no personal information is collected or transmitted, the app complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and equivalent regulations.

7. Third-party services

LifeDash does not integrate any third-party services that collect user data. We do not use:

• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media SDKs

The only external integrations are with Apple's own frameworks: iCloud (as described in section 3) and HealthKit (as described in section 4). Both operate entirely on-device or within Apple's ecosystem, and no data is shared with third parties.

8. Your rights

Since your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have full control over it. You can:

• View all your data directly in the app.
• Edit or delete any data at any time within the app.
• Delete HealthKit data written by LifeDash directly in the Health app or within LifeDash.
• Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
• Erase all iCloud data through the app's Settings section.
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data.

There is no need to request data deletion from the developer, as none of your data is in our possession.

9. Changes to this policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be published on this same page with the updated revision date. We recommend checking this page periodically.

If there are significant changes to how we handle data — for example, if we begin collecting any type of information — we will notify users through the app before the change takes effect.
